All items will be posted via registered air mail provided by Singapore Post. Delivery time is 5 to 17 working days.

We will deliver to the addressee and address as shown on your PayPal account. Please note that we will not be able to deliver to P. O. Box addresses.

We take great care in inspecting the item before sending it to you. In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty item, please return the item in its original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Please include a note about the fault(s) on the item in your return package and post it via registered air mail. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of delivery for the return package. Once we have received the faulty item we will send a replacement or issue a refund should the item is no longer available.
